Called about the possible replacement of a turbine vent. When I explained the problem, Chad confirmed that it was indeed the turbine vent making the noise that we could hear on windy days in our bedroom. Chad and his crew attended quickly and within an hour replaced the turbine vent on top of our 3 storey townhome. Chad and his crew were very easy and professional to work with.
Chad and crew provided a very reasonable quote to do some venting and ice dam remediation on my home. They did a great job and cleaned up behind them. Most importantly, they took time to talk to me personally about what was needed something that I haven't had from other local roofers where smaller jobs seem to go on a "when we have time" timeline not based on when you might have called looking for some help. Chad and his team are a great group of guys. They showed up when they said they would and worked safely and efficiently. We used them for a 54 unit townhouse complex and didn’t have issue. Will definitely use them again.
